Computing at Grove

Autumn 2026

Computing at Grove prepares children to use technology safely, confidently and creatively. Pupils learn about digital literacy, online safety, collecting and presenting data, algorithms, programming, animation, databases, spreadsheets, multimedia, game design, the internet, big data and artificial intelligence. Children are taught how to use technology to solve problems, communicate ideas and create digital content. Alongside technical skills, we place a strong emphasis on keeping safe online, making sensible choices and understanding how technology affects our lives.
